Problem: The New Seasons at Keystone needed a brand that could convey the mountain modern aesthetic for their new condo development, even without any existing structure to photograph.
Solution: Developed a comprehensive brand design strategy including a style sheet, sales signs, business cards, sales booklet, and logo design. The strategy utilized color, texture, and stock imagery to capture the desired aesthetic.
Result: The visually appealing and engaging branding drew the attention of passing vacationers into the sales center, resulting in increased interest and sales for The New Seasons at Keystone.
