The New Seasons at Keystone is the first new condo development at Keystone Resort in over 17 years. With building being done in phases and with no existing structure to photograph, the New Seasons branding needed to convey mountain modern with color, texture and stock imagery alone. The resulting style sheet, sales signs, business cards and sales booklet are a fresh take on real estate design and draws the passing vacationer into the sales center.
